Our products once sold are final as all our items are perishable in nature.
We will gladly replace any product(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoilt during transit. To that end, we strongly advise that to ensure that you are satisfied with the product(s) you receive, please inspect the product(s) as soon as your order arrives.
We shall not be held responsible for any product(s) not delivered as a result of incorrect address(es) provided to us, or the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the date and time you specify that it should be delivered.
We would like to ensure proper handling and prompt receipt of our products once they have been delivered to the correct shipping address by the third party despatcher. However, we are not in control of this but shall in our best endeavor to convey our strictness of proper handling of our products to the third party despatcher. We recommend that once your product(s) has been received, to refrigerate (if required) or kept in proper conditions to preserve the freshness of the product.
In the event your order is placed as a gift to be gifted to a third party, and is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or the recipient is uncontactable for any reason whatsoever, we will have to dispose of the product(s) as the same is/are perishable in nature and you will not be refunded. If you would like for us to send a replacement, we shall charge a seventy percent (70%) of the price of the same product(s) ordered and the full shipping fee will be borne by you to re-deliver the replacement.
